Old Dogs, New Tricks:
What is Sustainable Theatre Design?

A sector innovation & Development project funded by the canada council for the arts

Old Dogs, New Tricks: What is Sustainable Theatre Design is a project led by Theatre New Brunswick, The ADC Green Committee and The PACT Environmental Stewardship Committee. Our working group is Natasha MacLellan, Jay Dodge, Ian Garrett, Ken MacKenzie and Michelle Tracey. Our purpose is to subsidize 10 professional theatre companies across Canada to explore sustainable theatre design through deep engagement on one project. Old Dogs, New Tricks will provide participating companies with access to professional tools, resources, mentorship and funds to enable this work.

Our work kicked off in Fall of 2022 with a series of inspirational [free!] webinars open to the public. We invite you to join us by watching the webinars on demand.
